We respect your right to delete your account and all associated data. To request account deletion, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to support
Email support@homefixai.app with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

Include your account email
In the email body, include the email address associated with your HomeFix AI account

We'll process your request
We will process your deletion request within 30 days and confirm completion via email
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (name, email, password)
- Your profile and home details
- Your scan history and analysis results
- Saved quotes and contractor information
- Your home binder and all associated data
What We Retain
In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we may retain:
- Anonymized and aggregated data for analytics and service improvement
- Information required by law or for legal compliance
- Backup copies for a limited period (typically 30-90 days)
This retained data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Important: Cancel Your Subscription First
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion. This ensures you won't be charged after your account is deleted. You can manage your subscription in your account settings or contact us at support@homefixai.app.
