Important: HomeFix AI does NOT provide:

  • Licensed home inspections or professional assessments
  • Contractor services or labor
  • Emergency response or urgent repair services
  • Guarantees or warranties about home conditions or repair outcomes

3. Subscription and Billing

Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the subscription fee on the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for partial months or unused portions of a subscription. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Not submit false, misleading, or harmful content

5. Limitations of AI Guidance

HomeFix AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze information you provide. AI-generated guidance is informational only and should not be considered professional advice.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI analysis is not a substitute for licensed professionals (inspectors, contractors, engineers)
  • You should consult qualified professionals before making repair decisions
  • AI may make errors or provide incomplete information
  • You rely on AI guidance at your own risk

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and images) are owned by HomeFix AI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HOMEIX AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
